What Kind of Congressman Will John Jacob Be?
As you spend a few moments here I hope you will learn enough to want to know more. I am a Reagan Conservative and believe the writings and documents of the Founding Fathers are still the answer to preserving and prospering this greatest bastion of freedom.
Lincoln said, "The people of the United States are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution." I agree. There is little difference between a judiciary legislating from the bench and a congress ignoring the laws it creates. With mercy, we should always stand on the side of the law and the Constitution.
Much has been said regarding national security, illegal immigration, taxes, spending and the role of government. Some think our times are too complex for simple answers. They are wrong. Read on and see if we agree.
